Move mindfully with us, our movement classes have an emphasis on finding the pause between one movement and the next it’s in these pauses where magic happens and we reap the benefits of pose.

Our classes are traditional and taught with authenticity at mind. You will find a blend of Sanskrit, Philosophy alongside the asana (physical poses)


Yin movement is all about softness. Yin movement requires one to hold poses for long periods of time. Postures are less about physicality and more about release, working on the connective tissue rather than the muscle.


Restorative yoga classes are very relaxing and slow paced. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Mindful Flow

Slow Flow The pace of this class meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.

Yin & Reiki

Yin Yoga is a yoga style consisting mainly of floor postures with longer holds and deep stretches that stimulate, restore and improve the range of movement of the deeper tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons and joints) and the energetic flow (Chi/Ki). Since physical and emotional stagnations are released, Yin Yoga has a huge positive influence on your mind. Reiki (an alternative method of healing with roots based in Japan) helps accelerate their body’s natural, internal healing ability. Yin yoga combined with Reiki is nurturing and makes the practice restorative on many levels.

Restorative & Yoga Nidra

The perfect class to relax and unwind. We begin with a few supported floor postures held longer with the aid of props. Followed by Yoga Nidra - a deeply nourishing guided meditation performed lying down. This class will help you sleep better, neutralise excess stress and restore profound peace, relaxation and rejuvenation to the body. All levels are welcome including those working with injury or sensitivity.
